Description
The Honeywell SP970C1043 Pneumatic switch is used to monitor and alarm on the manual or minimum position of a pneumatic actuator. It works in the manner of detecting a particular pressure range in the pneumatic system. This switch has a 5 PSI span and measures pressure changes, and sends an electrical signal when the pressure drop below specified minimum pressure. This signal can then be used to trigger alarms, to start safety shutdowns or to control other equipment within the system.
