Description
The Carrier HH18HA506 is a Limit Switch a component of Carrier air conditioners it is approximately 1.6” long, wide, and 0.8 “ high. This limit switch controls a particular parameter of a system, which is usually beyond a safe level, like temperature or airflow. If this value goes high, the switch turns ON which isolates the compressor from the power supply. For instance, it can shut off the compressor if the high discharge air temperature is obtained and allow cooling and avoid, thermal damage to the compressor or other components.
