Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce piping strain. Its construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and bronze face plate. The assembly uses a Sealide C mechanical seal, with a silicon carbide stationary seat and carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers for operation at 250°F. The unit is self-supporting for horizontal or vertical installation. The hydraulic assembly has a 7.9″ nominal diameter impeller and includes pressure tappings for differential readings, built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity.
The motor is a 2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP unit powered by 230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
