Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing uses cast iron construction, paired with a stainless steel impeller, a cast iron bracket, and a bronze face plate. This configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation while remaining self-supported by system piping. The hydraulic assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber mechanical seal rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit operates at a maximum pressure of 175 PSI and maintains a 7.9″ nominal impeller diameter to manage fluid transport.
The pump includes a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
