Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned to simplify system piping and reduce fluid turbulence. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft, ensuring rigid hydraulic performance under rated conditions. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components handles fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The configuration allows for either horizontal or vertical installation, as the pump is self-supported by the system piping. The assembly includes integral pressure tappings for differential readings and is built to sustain pressures up to 175 PSI.
The pump operates with a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
