Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned for smooth fluid flow and reduced piping strain. The assembly includes a 7.9″ diameter impeller housed within a stainless steel casing, paired with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate to build structural stability. The shaft uses stainless steel construction, and the hydraulic assembly includes a ceramic seal seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. This configuration can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external pipe supports.
The unit uses a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor connected to a 200V/60Hz/3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
