Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports. It uses a stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal equipped with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit is rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The in-line configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation, supported directly by the system piping.
This pump has a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V 3PH power supply, combined with a 208-240V 1PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
