Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket, combined with a 304 stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter and is built with a mechanical seal consisting of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This configuration is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F and can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations while being supported by the system piping.
The pump operates with a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor paired with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
