Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for installation in horizontal or vertical piping runs. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.15″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft for structural rigidity. Hydraulic components operate under a maximum fluid temperature of 250°F. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for a self-supporting configuration that requires no external strapping. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit includes pressure tappings for differential readings.
The pump operates with a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, premium efficiency ODP motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
