Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and 2″ discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, combined with a 304 stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. Its 6.15″ nominal diameter impeller sits within a structure rated for a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. The mechanical seal has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without additional strapping, while the assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The unit has a 7 1/2 HP motor operating at 3450 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
