Description
This close-coupled in-line pump includes a cast iron casing with aligned 2″ suction and discharge ports. The hydraulic assembly has a 6.15″ stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron bracket and bronze face plate. A mechanical seal using a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber withstands temperatures up to 250°F. The configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation, allowing for support by system piping, while the casing structure handles pressures up to 175 PSI.
The motor has a 3/4 HP rating and operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
