Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned in a self-supporting configuration for horizontal or vertical installation. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15″ nominal stainless steel impeller, casing, face plate, and shaft. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, while the sealing system uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. These materials withstand fluid temperatures up to 250°F and operating pressures up to 175 PSI. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit includes pressure tappings for differential readings.
The pump includes a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V 3PH power supply usable at 208V, combined with a VFD for 208-240V 3PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
