Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for efficient fluid flow and reduced system strain. The construction includes a cast iron casing, a dynamically balanced stainless steel impeller, and a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate. A mechanical seal, consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, manages temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards and provides pressure tappings for differential readings. This self-supporting unit allows for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping.
The pump is equipped with a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor rated for 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
