Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, paired with a 304 stainless steel impeller, a bronze face plate, and a mechanical seal featuring a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The hydraulic assembly supports a nominal impeller diameter of 6.15″ and operates at temperatures up to 250°F. Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, the unit allows for horizontal or vertical installation, as the rigid casing configuration supports itself within the piping network.
The motor assembly consists of a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
