Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 2″ suction and discharge ports, allowing for vertical or horizontal installation. The hydraulic assembly has a 6.15″ nominal impeller diameter, with the casing, impeller, and shaft using stainless steel construction. A cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate supports the unit, while the seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This assembly handles fluid temperatures reaching 250°F and is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity.
The pump has a 5 HP motor at 3450 RPM in an ODP enclosure, compatible with 208-230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Using a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
