Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports paired with a 6.15″ nominal stainless steel impeller. The casing and shaft are built with stainless steel to handle system temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly includes a cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate, while the mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This configuration permits both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping, allowing the unit to remain self-supported by system piping. The casing structure follows Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity.
The unit operates with a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency TEFC motor drawing a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
