Description
This close-coupled in-line pump features an in-line design with 2-inch suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations. The fluid path uses a 6.15-inch dynamically balanced impeller and casing constructed from stainless steel. A cast iron bracket supports the hydraulic assembly, while a bronze wear ring provides internal reinforcement. The unit includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and supports system pressures up to 175 PSI.
This unit uses a 7.5 HP motor operating at 3450 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V and 3PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
