Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2″ suction and discharge ports, built for installation without external support. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller combined with a stainless steel casing. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, which includes a bronze wear ring and a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. The configuration functions at temperatures up to 250°F and meets Hydraulic Institute standards, allowing for either vertical or horizontal orientation.
The unit has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
