Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for consistent fluid flow. The unit is built with stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while a cast iron bracket supports the assembly. It is equipped with a 6.15″ nominal impeller and a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation within the system piping. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 250°F and is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards to minimize strain on the piping layout.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
