Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports with a 6.15″ nominal impeller diameter to facilitate fluid flow. The pump uses stainless steel construction for the casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. Internal sealing consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation in fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The casing structure, built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, supports installation in both horizontal and vertical orientations without the need for additional strapping or supports.
This unit includes a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
