Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2″ suction and discharge ports. The casing and impeller use stainless steel, while the bracket is cast iron and the wear ring consists of bronze. A seal equipped with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber permits operation in fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This unit supports horizontal or vertical installation, relying on system piping for support. The assembly uses a 6.15″ nominal diameter impeller to maintain fluid flow within the 175 PSI rated housing.
The motor is a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP configuration, operating on 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
