Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2″ suction and discharge ports. It includes stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, and shaft, while the bracket uses cast iron paired with a stainless steel face plate. The hydraulic assembly has a 6.15″ nominal diameter impeller and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built according to Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit functions with fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The internal seal has a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without external bracing, which reduces strain on the system piping.
The unit has a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 200V/60Hz/3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Using a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
