Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation in piping systems. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing and the 6.15″ nominal diameter impeller. A cast iron bracket supports the motor and pump head, while the unit includes a bronze wear ring. The hydraulic assembly handles temperatures up to 250°F and is equipped with a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The casing also has integrated pressure tappings for differential pressure readings.
The unit includes a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, powered by 115/208-230/60/1. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
