Description
This close-coupled in-line pump includes aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports, built to reduce strain on connected system piping. The unit has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 7.9-inch stainless steel impeller and shaft. Internal sealing consists of a Sealide C mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers suitable for temperatures up to 250°F. The configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. This assembly follows Hydraulic Institute standards and handles operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The pump runs on a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor connected to a 115/208-230V/60Hz/1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
