Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned for efficient fluid flow within system piping. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.35″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and shaft. Its construction resists temperatures up to 250°F, while the hydraulic assembly includes a seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The self-supporting configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation, which reduces strain on connected piping.
The pump includes a 3/4 HP motor with a 1750 RPM operating speed, a TEFC enclosure, and a 230/460V, 3PH power supply, paired with a VFD rated for 380-480V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
