Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing and impeller use stainless steel, while the bracket consists of cast iron and includes a bronze wear ring. This unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations and is self-supported by the system piping. The assembly includes a shaft seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and maintains structural integrity under system pressures up to 175 PSI.
The pump has a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
