Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned in the casing to promote fluid flow and reduce system pipe stress. The unit is built with a cast iron casing and bracket, paired with a 6.35″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and shaft. A mechanical seal using a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without external bracing, while the structure adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards for a 175 PSI pressure rating.
The motor is a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit powered by a 208-230/460V, 3PH supply, combined with a VFD that has a 110-120V, 1PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
