Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2″ suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket. A ceramic seat and carbon rotor seal with EPT rubber manages fluid containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9″ diameter impeller is dynamically balanced to maintain flow while reducing system strain. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation. The assembly is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards and holds a rating for 175 PSI operating pressure.
The 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor operates on 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
