Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35″ nominal diameter impeller. Stainless steel construction is used for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket is cast iron. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal assembly manages fluid containment. The unit has pressure tappings for differential readings and maintains structural integrity at temperatures up to 250°F. The configuration permits both horizontal and vertical installation, as the piping supports the assembly.
The unit uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 575V, 3PH power supply, paired with a 525-600V, 3PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
