Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports with a 6.35″ nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, which allows for operating temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is built with a 56C face bracket design and includes companion flanges for installation. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external support.
The 3 HP motor operates at 3450 RPM within an ODP enclosure, powered by a 208-230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
