Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, permitting both horizontal and vertical installation. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a 6.35″ nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and shaft. The seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, built for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and supports operating pressures up to 175 PSI. Construction conforms to Hydraulic Institute standards.
The motor is a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficient TEFC unit equipped with 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
