Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. Its internal hydraulic components include a 6.35″ nominal diameter impeller and a shaft seal built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This assembly handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and has an in-line design with aligned ports, which permits installation in horizontal or vertical orientations. The structure is self-supported by the system piping, and the unit has a 56C face frame size.
The motor has 1/3 HP at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, and it runs on 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
