Description
This close-coupled in-line pump uses an in-line design with aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, and shaft have stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate. It features a 6.35″ nominal impeller diameter along with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built to handle temperatures up to 250°F, the unit supports both horizontal and vertical installation. It relies on a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components to prevent leakage. This self-supporting configuration allows for installation directly within the system piping without requiring additional external support structures.
The motor configuration includes 1 HP at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, running on a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
