Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. Its internal assembly includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, which handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes companion flanges and is self-supported by the system piping. With a 4.75″ nominal impeller diameter, the pump can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring additional support structures.
The pump has a 1 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM, premium efficiency ODP motor configured for a 208-230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
