Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports. The unit includes a 6.35″ nominal diameter impeller that, combined with the pump casing and shaft, uses stainless steel construction. A cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate supports the assembly. The pump handles temperatures up to 250°F and uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. It can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations and meets Hydraulic Institute standards for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The motor is a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP unit operating on 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
