Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce strain on the system piping. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75″ stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. A bronze face plate is included in the bracket construction, while the shaft seal uses a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers for compatibility with fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supporting, which allows for both vertical and horizontal installation without external strapping. Pressure tappings are built into the casing for differential readings.
The pump has a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
