Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation within existing piping. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The hydraulic design accommodates a 4.75″ nominal impeller diameter and handles temperatures up to 250°F. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber is included to maintain pressure integrity. Built for horizontal or vertical mounting, the unit is self-supporting within the piping layout. The sturdy casing construction follows Hydraulic Institute standards and manages fluid flow through its compact, close-coupled arrangement.
The motor is a 0.5 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit configured for 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
