Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce piping strain. The assembly uses a 4.75″ stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing, while the bracket is built with cast iron and includes a bronze wear ring. The fluid path includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomer, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing is self-supporting, allowing for both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping. The hydraulic configuration complies with Hydraulic Institute standards and holds a pressure rating of 175 PSI.
The unit has a 3 HP, 3450 RPM ODP motor paired with a 230/460V 3PH power supply and a 56C face configuration. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
