Description
This close-coupled in-line pump features an in-line configuration with aligned 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports to minimize stress on system piping. The assembly uses a 4.75″ stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing and shaft. A cast iron bracket supports the unit, which includes a stainless steel face plate for corrosion resistance. This self-supporting design permits either horizontal or vertical installation. The hydraulic assembly uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. Constructed to industry standards, the pump manages consistent fluid flow for various mechanical applications.
The system operates with a 5 HP motor at 3450 RPM in a TEFC enclosure, powered by a 230/460V 3PH supply, while including a VFD compatible with 208-240V 3PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
