Description
This close-coupled in-line pump uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The hydraulic assembly has 1.5″ suction and discharge ports along with a 4.75″ nominal diameter impeller. A mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber maintains integrity during operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is built with a self-supporting configuration that allows for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping, while the aligned port layout reduces strain on system piping.
The unit includes a 1/3 HP motor at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, compatible with 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
