Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned to reduce system piping stress. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75″ nominal diameter impeller constructed from stainless steel, which is also used for the casing and face plate. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, while the mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Paired with a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve, the unit handles fluids up to 250°F. The self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without requiring additional mounting hardware.
The motor is a 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency, ODP unit with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
