Description
This close-coupled in-line pump features an in-line configuration with 1.5″ suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75″ diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing, a cast iron bracket, and a bronze wear ring. An internal seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, enabling operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump supports both vertical and horizontal installation without external strapping, while integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings during standard system operation.
The unit includes a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor configured for 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
