Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce piping stress. The self-supporting unit permits installation in horizontal or vertical orientations. It uses a 4.75″ nominal diameter impeller and casing constructed from 304 stainless steel. The assembly includes a cast iron bracket paired with a bronze wear ring. Internal sealing occurs through a mechanical seal assembly equipped with a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber gaskets, capable of handling operating temperatures up to 250°F. The sturdy casing supports a maximum system pressure of 175 PSI.
The 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM motor has an ODP enclosure and runs on 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
