Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The unit includes a 4.75″ diameter dynamically balanced stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel casing, paired with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring. The assembly uses integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards. The hydraulic section includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
