Description
This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge ports paired with a 4.75″ nominal diameter impeller. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, combined with a cast iron bracket. This unit operates up to 250°F and includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The in-line alignment allows for horizontal or vertical installation, while the casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings. Built to handle 175 PSI, the configuration creates a smooth fluid path within the system.
The unit operates at 3450 RPM and accepts a motor with a standard enclosure, voltage, and phase power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
