The Lochinvar & A.O. Smith 100277954 T&P Valve is an essential safety device that prevents the boiler systems that are used in commercial and industries from reaching high pressure. This 3/4” 150PSI valve is very useful and efficient when the boiler pressure rises beyond the safe working pressure, the valve opens and releases steam or hot water to prevent a fatal explosion. But effective when boiler pressure exceeds the safe working limit, the valve automatically opens, discharging steam or hot water to avert a deadly explosion. The valve reduces pressure build-up to desirable levels thus enhancing the efficiency of the boiler, reducing the likelihood of equipment failure, and enhancing the reliability of the system.
