Description
The Johnson Controls VA9208-GGC-3 is a complete package for controlling fluid flow in HVAC systems. It consists of a spring-return ball valve actuator with proportional control and other functions. The actuator is 24V AC powered and it operates the ball valve based on the strength of the received 0-10 VDC signal in this case, the position of the ball valve. This makes it possible to control water or air in a precise manner. The spring return action means the valve returns to a specific position after the cutting of the power supply, which is an extra precaution. The entire machine can operate effectively in low and high temperatures (-40°F to 176°F) and is housed in a NEMA 2 enclosure to protect it from dust and slight moisture.
