Description
The Trane EXC1316 is a Heavy Duty Heat exchanger intended for high efficiency heating application for Trane furnaces possibly for large homes or commercial use. Fuel combustion produces hot gases which heat the exchanger core: it has a power of 250 Mbh (thousand BTU per hour) for intensive heating. The air from a blower, which is usually a separate component, then passes through the exchanger, picks up this heat and redistributes it throughout your home or business. Through effective heat exchange at a high rate, the Trane EXC1316 Heat Exchanger enhances the high heat output, precise comfort control of large areas, and possibly increased energy efficiency in the Trane furnace system.
