Description
The Johnson Controls M9220-BGC-3 Damper Actuator is an option for controlling air dampers in HVAC systems, This more durable device has a high-strength thermoplastic structure and directly attaches to damper shafts, whether square or round for easy installation. It employs a two-position (on/off) control signal with 24V AC or DC power, the same as the M9220-BGA-3. When activated, it rotates the damper shaft to the desired open position, as you will see later in this document. Two switches are incorporated into the structure of the device as additional control elements. These switches provide electrical feedback as to the position of the damper; open or closed.
