Description
The Johnson Controls M9203-GGA-2 Electric Proportional Spring Return Actuator is one of many great and versatile products for the regulation of Air dampers in HVAC systems. It is not a basic on-off type of actuator but offers proportional control through a 0-10VDC signal output. This results in a fine tuning of the damper and hence the ail flow within the HVAC system is controlled to the requisite level. Another advantage is the incorporation of a spring return mechanism that makes the damper to close when the power supply is turned off most of the time. This failsafe design allows for correct airflow shutoff in the event of an emergency.
